Stewart Pearl
Stewart Pearl is the chairman of Pearl Professional Corporation.
Stewart has many years of experience in all aspects of
business aviation transactions. Stewart advises domestic and foreign clients in the areas of purchasing, selling, leasing, financing and management of business aircraft.
Stewart has expertise in a wide range of tax and regulatory areas, including Federal income and excise taxes, state sales and use taxes, and FAA and SEC issues.
Stewart is a founding member of the National Business Aviation Association Tax Committee and is the immediate past chairman of the Committee's Federal Tax Working Group.
Stewart has spoken at many NBAA seminars and has made presentations to banks and other financial institutions on a wide variety of topics, including personal use
of business aircraft, Federal excise taxes, passive activity rules and aircraft financing issues.
Stewart is a graduate of Harvard Law School and received his
undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University. Stewart began his legal career at Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York and founded Pearl Professional
Corporation in 1992. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York.
The firm is actively involved with the National Business Aviation Association and with
the National Aircraft Finance Association, both of which provide resources to enable us to better serve our clients. Patty Turner
Patty Turner has been with
the firm since its inception, and has many years of experience in corporate aircraft transactions. Patty assists clients with all aspects of buying and selling aircraft,
including financing, leasing and charter/management. She is active in the firm's membership in the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and has been a speaker at
numerous NBAA Tax and Regulatory Seminars and Forums, presenting on such topics as Federal excise taxes, aircraft lease financing and carriage of elected officials. She is
also a member of the National Aircraft Finance Association. Patty is a graduate of the University of Washington, with degrees in both history and Russian language and
literature. Donna Haynes
Donna Haynes started her career in the aviation field when she joined the firm in 2003. She began her legal career at Wachtell,
Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She works with clients on a variety of corporate and tax matters and has experience assisting clients with various aircraft related agreements
such as dry leases, hangar leases and management agreements. Donna is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo with a degree in Social Work.
Diana Piselli
Diana Piselli serves as both office and billing manager for Pearl Professional Corporation. She has been with the firm since 2003.
Diana is a graduate of Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York with a degree in Interior Design. |
